Position: Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Officer
Location: Kathmandu
Salary NRS. 587,698 gross per annum
Preferred start date: 1 st September, 2019
Length of contract: 1 year, initially, with strong possibility of extension based on performance
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
● Graduate degree (Master’s preferable) in relevant field; social science, public health and others.
● Minimum of three years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation, including design of systems and tools, data analysis and report writing
● Experience in designing and monitoring and reporting systems
● Strong data analysis skills and report writing skills
● Excellent Statistical skills using different softwares such as SPSS/ STATA/ Open Code and others
● Design and uses of mobile data collection applications; ODK, KOBO
● Experience in handling finances including budgeting and financial reporting
● Fluent written and spoken English
● Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
● Individual must be results orientated, highly self-motivated and have demonstrated analytical skills. She or he must be able to ‘see beyond the data’ with a vision for the strategic contribution of M&E data to all facets of the organization.
