Basic Job Information:
Designation: Delivery Rider
Salary: NRS 17,800
Transportation & maintenance Allowance: NRS 5,200
Fuel: NRS 6 per kilometer
Extra Bonus: Delivery above 50 – NPR 500, Delivery Above 100- NPR 1000
Duty hours: 9 hours
Meal: 2 times a day
No. of openings: 10
Employment type: Full-time
Requirement and Qualifications :
a. The person must have their own bike/scooter.
b. Valid license is required.
c. Third party insurance is a must.
d. Able to work nights, weekends, and during festive holidays as needed.
e. Able to follow Verbal directions, Read maps and follow GPS.
f. Ability to work well under pressure.
g. Politeness towards the customers.
Skills:
i. Good Navigation Skills
ii. Fluency in Communication
iii. Good riding skills
iv. Flexibility
v. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
vi. Minimum educational level: SLC/SEE passed.
vii. Prior experience as a rider is preferable.
Responsibilities:
a. Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
b. Carefully planning travel routes to ensure that packages are delivered to recipients in a timely manner.
c. Reliable and punctual.
d. Should work within the boundary of company policy.
e. Should make sure that the products reach customers in good condition.
f. Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
