Position: Front Desk Officer

Basic Information:

Location: Thapathali
Qualification: +2 minimum; additional qualifications will be a plus

Salary: 15000 /-

Responsibilities:

1. Welcoming visitor by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.
2. Answering and forwarding phone calls. 3. Keeping front desk tidy and presentable
4. Keeping a record of staff and visitors signing in and out of the office.
5. Performing other clerical duties such as filing, photocopy, scanning etc.
6. Handling the first and second level security guard.
7. Carrying out instruction given by the management and team.
8. Maintaining good relationships with all the staff.

Requirements:

1. Proficient in English (oral and written)
2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
3. Strong communication skills
4. Qualification: +2 minimum; additional qualifications will be a plus
