Major Roles and Responsibilities:
- Must identify and clarify customer queries via phone/mail/social media/SMS and provide solutions or alternatives
- Must meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative target
- Must follow up lead prospects and convert them into confirmed bookings through outbound calls
- Must take feedback from our existing subscribers regarding our services through outbound calls
- Must receive and disseminate accurate information Interdepartmental coordination perform duties as per sales requirements
