Job Description:
- Find solutions for customers through Apple- Focused solutions, products, accessories and software.
- Provide positive customer communication through face to face, phone and email.
- Create quotes, proposals, orders, work orders and invoices for sales and service
- Basic computer set up for new computers
- Assist in displays, organizing of stock and inventory.
- Proficient in providing right solutions to customers
- Dealing with Apple clients to introduce its products by providing them information and features.
- Obtain and compile demand of the customers and submit the demand details to the procurement section
- Meet sales target set by the company
- Contribute to team effort as needed
- Work with sales team to develop targeted sales strategies
- Develop and maintain customer database
