JOB OPPORTUNITY
Management Information System (MIS) Volunteer for its Headquarters in Kathmandu.
Duration of Assignment: Short term assignment (up to 3 months)
Duty Station: Headquarters in Kathmandu with frequently field visit in program districts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting data and information of students from rural communities in 18 districts.
- Reviewing students and school’s data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
- Compiling, verifying accuracy and data according to priorities to prepare source data for MIS entry.
- Monitor errors, standardize working process, validate accuracy, scrub for duplicate data, analyze and perform data cleaning after every field visit in 18 districts.
- Enter data and fill in for the missing information through coordination from the concerned personnel/department.
- Research and obtain additional/supportive information for incomplete documents (Distribution, Monitoring & Evaluation Report).
- Strictly follow the code of conduct and bylaws developed by the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in management or equivalent.
- Preference will be given to the candidate who have already experience in data collection and Microsoft Office application.
- Demonstrable written and spoken skills in the Nepali language.
- Good organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and coordinate with team members.
Stipend: NPR 16,500 per month
