1. Required minimum qualification and experience:
a) Water Supply Sanitation and Hygiene Coordinator
– Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Rural development, Sociology, commerce or equivalent) graduate with minimum 5 years work experience in rural development, plan and management work, minimum 3 years work experience in water supply cleaning and sanitation field.
– Proper experience in community mobilization, training
– Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) and report ability
– Special preference to related gaunpalika’s individual
b) Technical Facilitator
– Minimum certificate level or diploma graduate in civil engineering with 3 years work experience in water supply cleaning and sanitation and field survey design estimate, investigation.
– Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) and ability to report
– Knowledge of ACAD software.
– Proper experience in community mobilization, training
– Special preference to related gaunpalika’s individual
c) Water Supply Sanitation and Hygiene Facilitator
– Minimum certificate level (intermediate) graduate in health or related subject with 5 years work experience in water supply cleanliness.
– Proper experience in community mobilization, training
– Special preference to related gaunpalika’s individual
2. Age: Not exceeding 18 to 45 years
