Job Specifications :
• Education Level : Master’s
• Experience Required : More than or equals to 10 years
• Professional Skill Required : Customer Service & Communication Skill
Other Specification :
• MBA in Sales and Marketing. Minimum experience of 10 years, of which at least 5 years of experience as the head of Sales in relevant industries i.e. Cement, Steel or Paints
• Successful previous experience as the Head of Sales in similar industries, with consistency in meeting or exceeding targets
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
