- Ability of HR/time office management with sound administrative knowledge.
- Should have sound IT skills i.e. advanced word/excel/powerpoint and Nepali typing.
- Should have minimum Bachelor’s degree.
Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)
- HRIS Software management in terms of Attendance/Leave/field work and employment details.
- Induction and On-boarding. Formalize the joining formalities of new joinees as per guidelines from supervisor.
- Recruitment Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department and help in sourcing as per guidelines.
- Employee Engagement,Taking imitative to engage the staff to their work with getting those approved by senior management and conducting those.
- Exit Formalities: Proceed for handover/Takeover formalities update in HRIS incoordination of supervisor.
- Other Functional: Prepare daily, weekly, Monthly MIS Report and duties and responsibilities as per the discretion of the management from time to time.
