Tulsi Multi-Purpose Cooperative is a subsidiary company of Shikhar Organization which is looking for young, energetic candidates for the position of an accountant with the following requirements:

Job Specification

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Experience of at least 2 years
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
• Proficiency in Tally with good knowledge about Microsoft packages
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Additional certification in CPA or CMA is preferred
• Have good knowledge on IRD, TDS and VAT return
• Excellent Reporting and Analytical Skills

Job Description

• Manage all accounting transactions
• Publish financial statements in time
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
