• Customer Service Skills: The customer is always right. You will need to be able to speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
• Communication Skills: You will need to speak to customers about a product’s different features, and answer any questions they might have.
• Should able to create customer and open their daily/monthly/yearly or periodic and other different saving accounts to develop and grow branch business and fund collection.
• Should be confident & have good communication skills in English along with team working skill
• Should make strong contacts with companies and individuals
• Creativity and innovative ideas of marketing (Preferred)
• Cooperative experience will be plus point.

Position: Marketing (Co-operative / Machinery / Food)

Primary responsibilities
• Travel to companies and businesses to sell industrial equipment for mechanical uses.
• Check out existing equipment and recommend upgrades or replacements.
• Show exactly where to place the equipment and demonstrate its uses.
• Provide competitive information such as bid situations, pricing data, or bundling arrangements in order to establish negotiated pricing contracts for assigned products.
• Perform product demonstrations, installations, and application support.
• Improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders or talks with customers on sales floor or by phone.
• Take orders and deliver products.
• Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of manufacturing department’s production and delivery schedules.
• Arrange for installation and test-operation of machinery and recommends solutions to product-related problems.
• Arrange for repairs as needed.
• Manage and develop new customers, while maintaining existing sales within assigned customers and a given sales territory.
• Develop a daily/weekly call list and maintain information accuracy monthly.
• Review daily sales reports.
• Review monthly the best monitoring sales report with management to determine if goals and objectives are being met.
Experience in Agriculture Machinery
Education: CTEVT (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any disciplinary related to machinery)
Bachelor in any disciplinary (required 2 years experience in Marketing)
Marketing Officer (Food Depart)
The candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and execution of field marketing campaigns. S/he will work closely with marketing managers and the sales team to promote lead generation and create up sell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and complete field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research
• Develop robust knowledge of all product lines/services
• Produce various literature, signage, merchandise, and other materials to be used at field marketing events
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
• Manage social media activity surrounding field marketing campaigns
• Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities
• Document and share lead/customer intelligence with sales team.
• Drive the understanding of different customer needs and convert insights into on-trend solutions, new product concepts & sales tools by working closely with the commercial and technical teams.
• Creation of marketing materials & sales tools; trend presentations, market insights presentations and product launch presentations.
• Commercialization of projects; responsible for the product launches from the designated launch program including all activities from pre to post launch:
