SHL Management Services (KTM) Pvt. Ltd. is a company engaged in the leisure, entertainment and hospitality industry. It is involved in the management and operation of casinos. Currently, it manages and operates The Millionaires Club and Casino in the premises of Hotel Shangri-la, Lazimpat, Kathmandu and another casino in the premises of Tiger Palace Resort, Bhairahawa.
SHL Management Services (KETM) Pvt. Ltd. invites application from highly motivated personnel for the following posts:
Casino General Manager – 1 Position
- Experience: 10 Years plus in an executive management role. Experience in an internationally recognized casino operation with demonstrable knowledge in the field of gaming operations, tables games and electronic gaming machines, casino marketing programs and gaming surveillance systems.
- Scope of Work: Responsible for the overall management of the casino operation department including P&L and accountability with audit responsibilities.
- Knowledge Transfer: Take ownership of staff development training and management, creating a high performing, effective and customer focused team.
- Language: Excellent English written, and oral communication skill is essential and be able to effectively present information before committees, outside functions and employees.
- Workplace: Kathmandu or Bhairahawa.
- Salary Range: Negotiable
Electronic Machine (Expert) – 1 Position
- Experience: 10+ years in a related field. Most have at least 4 years’ experience at senior level in Electronic Gaming Machine and Slot repair and maintenance in the gaming industry.
- Scope of Work: Troubleshoots repairs and maintains improperly functioning gaming equipment, slot machines and fiber optics. Performs moves, installs, overhauls and configures slot machines as directed by management, performs preventive maintenance to ensure maximum machine performance, moves and installs gaming devices as needs.
- Knowledge Transfer: Take ownership of staff development training and management, creating a high performing, effective and customer focused team.
- Language: Must be able to communicate in English and Knowledge of any other languages would be an added benefit.
- Salary: Negotiable
- Workplace: Bhairahawa
