- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Management with minimum 2nd division marks or 2.5 CGPA.

Position: Junior Assistant (Micro Finance)

- At least +2/Intermediate in Management with minimum 2nd division marks or 2.5 CGPA. Bachelor’s Degree and Experience in Micro Lending Function preferred.
Position: Head – Micro Finance (Supervisor – Senior Officer)

Minimum Qualification and Experience
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Management with minimum 2nd division marks or 2.5 CGPA. Master’s Degree and Experience in Micro Finance preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Micro lending (Credit)
Position: Relationship Manager (Assistant – Supervisor)

Minimum Qualification and Experience
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Management with minimum 2nd division marks or 2.5 CGPA. Master’s Degree and Experience in credit Function preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of Banking experience.
Position: Branch Manager* (Supervisor – Senior Officer)

Minimum Qualification and Experience
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Management with minimum 2nd division marks or 2.5 CGPA. Master’s Degree and Experience in credit Function preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of Banking experience.
*BM and RM are required for Chitwan, Makawanpur and Kavreplanchowk Based Branch.
