Job Requirements
– 1 year of experience in an automobile field
– Effective communication skills in English and Nepali
– Good presentation skills and energy level
– Dynamic, Self-motivated, positive, polite, and willing to learn
– The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously.
– Accuracy and attention to detail
– Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and address the complex technical issues
– Must have a two-wheeler driving license
General Job Descriptions
We are looking for a skilled GPS Technician to join our team. The Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing GPS tracking systems in vehicles, ensuring that they operate correctly and provide accurate data. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to our customers.
Roles and Responsibilities
– Install GPS tracking systems/devices in a variety of vehicles, including motorbikes, cars, trucks, buses, and other vehicles.
– Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of GPS tracking systems, ensuring that they are functioning correctly and providing accurate data.
– Diagnose and repair any technical issues that arise with the GPS tracking systems, including hardware and software issues.
– Conduct testing and quality assurance of GPS tracking systems before and after installation to ensure proper functionality and performance.
– Communicate effectively with customers to provide technical support and answer any questions they may have about the GPS tracking systems.
– Maintain accurate records of all installations, maintenance, and repairs performed on GPS tracking systems.
– Work closely with the marketing team and Tech admin to ensure the proper maintenance of records and to provide prompt service to the customers.
– Research and keep up to date with the advancement of latest technology and make suggestions for the management team for growth of the organization
– Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while performing job duties
