Job Specification

Education Level : Bachelor

Experience Required : More than or equals to 3 years

Other Specification

  • 3 to 5 years prior experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • 3+ years of proven success in leadership roles is required
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Nepali and English
  • Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions
  • Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with applicants
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to delegate tasks as needed
  • Ability to spend long periods of time sitting at a desk
  • Knowledge of a second language is an asset
  • Must have completed bachelor’s degree in health care management (master’s degree Preferred)
  • Experience in hospital management is preferable
  • Good knowledge on Human Resource Management, Financial Management & Information Management
  • Ability to think strategically and to translate experiences and ideas into workable concepts and strategies
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Internet)

Job Description

  • Act as liaisons among governing boards, medical staff and departments’ heads
  • Organize, direct, control and coordinate medical and center services in relation to policies set by the governing board of trustees
  • Help in Recruitment, hire and evaluate assistant administrators, nurses, x-ray technician and doctors
  • Help in Planning budgets and procumbent process for the center
  • Develop procedures for quality assurance, center services, medical checkup, department activities and public relations outreach
