Position Summary
Research and Development Officer shall help prepare new product brief and documents based on new product concept, new ideas, target audience, position statement and product specifications
Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)
- Preparing packaging design specification including the material, quality, color, size etc
- Analyzing the sales report to make inference of current sales against the targeted sales growth, total value, sales contribution and other sales metrics
- Conducting industry and market analysis to understand the current market scenario and the company’s position
- Conducting market research, behavior-based research and visiting onsite to ensure the proper distribution and positioning of the product along the value chain
- Ensuring the smooth operation of CSR activities in co-ordination with agents and analyzing potential new ones
