Organization: Tharu Women Upliftment Center(TWUC)

Tharu Women Upliftment Center(TWUC), Gulariya , Bardiya has partnering with DanChurch Aid- DCA ongoing recovery and regular development work in Barbardiya Municipality. This project was implemented from 2017 to 2019. Now this Project is extended from January 2020 to December 2021 and the project has the possibility to be extended beyond 2021 also.

Currently TWUC, Gulariya seeks the following staff for Climate Resilient Livelihood and Good Governance Project in Barbardiya Municipality, Bardiya district which is funded by DANIDA/DCA.

Project Coordinator– 1 Person The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overall management of the Stronger communities and safer habitat: Promoting self-recovery’ which includes program and partnership management, quality assurance, coordination and reporting. S/he is primarily working together in close coordination with Executive Director of TWUC.

Salary range 40K with social security fund.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Agriculture (BSC Ag., preferably Master Degree agriculture) equivalent experience especially Development studies, DRR, Value chain, Agriculture development , economics, sociology, Rural Development humanities Management, social science or related field.
• Experience and knowledge of monitoring, evaluation and needs/impact assessment method, Skills in designing and implementing information management and performance measurement frameworks, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure, -Proven analytical and problem solving skills, Strong computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Word, and ability to use computer programs to collect, document and share assessment and monitoring results, able to write and communicate in English.
• Experience of Office management, staff management, basic finance management and procurement management also will be value added. Will be priority to female candidate.
