Student Experience and Community Outreach Coordinator
We are looking for a new member to join us at The Excelsior School as a Student Experience and Community Outreach Coordinator. The Student Experience and Community Outreach Coordinator will serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders in order to enhance student development programs, and outreach processes for the School. The candidate must be able to build and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders.

Job Description:
- Conducting research and identifying external events that are beneficial for enhancement of student’s academic and non-academic performances.
- Analyzing and providing insights of those events and its benefits to the school management.
- Leading, initiating and planning for those events. Leading the whole program with minimal guidance.
- Prepare and send proposals to external agencies for potential collaborations.
- Arrange meetings with the external agencies, and event organizers for potential collaborations.
- Liaise with the event organizers, agencies and the school during the events.
- Analyze identify and prepare potential students for the events.
- Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
- Manage all the e-mails related to the external events, and provide regular updates to the school management.
- Assess an event’s overall success and submit findings.
- Continuous assessment of such event through the academic sessions.
Job Specification:
- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command over English and Nepali Language.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
- A good Story-teller.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Result oriented.
Preferred Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in the related field. However, preference shall be given for Master’s Degree holder.
