Position: Front Desk Officer – Receptionist

Offered Salary : NRs. 15,000.00 Monthly

Education Level : Bachelor

Experience Required : More than or equals to 1 year

Other Specification

• Pleasing personality and communication skills
• Well versed in English and Nepali languages. Knowledge of other languages desirable
• File management skills
• Ability to record office meetings, minutes, directions, etc
• Proficient in Microsoft Office environment
• Excellent Typing Skills (Nepali and English)

Job Description

• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
• Greet and welcome guests
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
• Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
• Check, sort and forward emails
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Keep updated records and files
• Take up other duties as assigned
