Established in the year 2006, the Ullens School offers a multifaceted and balanced curriculum within the framework of the Nepal Government’s National Curriculum for Grades 1-10 through the Ullens approach to teaching. Since 2009, the school has been offering the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IDBP). Ullens School is the first IB World School in Nepal that has been authorized by the Government of Nepal to run the IBDP. Ullens School started offering grade 11 & 12 of the national board program from the year 2012. The school maintains a partnership with the Bank Street College of Education, New York, a pioneer in innovative and progressive education. Ullens School is looking for suitable candidates with good interpersonal skills and enthusiasm to work with young students in its academic department for the positions listed below. Candidates must have;
– Minimum qualification of Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
– Prior work experience in teaching is preferred in all levels
– Excellent written communication skills in English/Nepali languages.
Teachers Required For Primary School (Grades One-Five)
Ullens school applies integrated curriculum in its primary grades.
Candidates should be able to teach integrated curriculum.
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics/science: 10 positions
- Bachelor’s degree in the English language: 10 positions
Teachers Required For Elementary School (Grades Six-Eight)
2-3 years of prior relevant work experience is preferred.
- Nepali Language: 2 positions
- English Language Arts: 2 positions
- Science: 2 positions
- Computer: 2 positions
- Social Studies: 2 positions
- Mathematics: 2 positions
