Principal
The candidate must have:
- Master or M.Phil/Ph.D. in a relevant field.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Nepali
- A wide range of Educational Vision and Passion for Education.
- At least 7 years of experience as a Principal/Academic Head/Academic Director in a reputed 10+2/College/University.
- Smart leadership, managerial talent, analytical and counseling skills and critical thinking.
- In-depth knowledge of Modern Innovative Teaching methodology including Research and Project Based Learning, Life Skill, Integrated Curriculum, Information Communication Technology (ICT).
- Personal qualities: good Communicator, Resilient, Tactful and Integrity.
- No limit of salary for the deserving candidate (Negotiable)
- Preference will be given to the candidate who has done Master or M.Phil./Ph.D. from abroad.
