The Chiefs should be able to lead their respective portfolios and the team. In addition to relevant qualifications to respective positions they should have a proven track record of measurable achievements. Experience of Hydropower energy sector is preferred but not a limitation Should have 3+ years of proven track record in senior management position. Domain expertise, planning, strategic management, people leadership, negotiation and problem solving, and change management are threshold competencles for these positions.
The mid-management positions require technical competencies, agility, openness, and a strong desire to grow. 3+ years’ respective industry experience is desirable. Evidence of merit should be observed in the career journey.
