Global IT Support Analyst

Role overview
This is an exciting role as part of our Global IT Team, in a vibrant location and with great teammates. You will help provide IT Support services to VSO team members across the globe. You will interact with different people and cultures, providing first, second and third line support for VSO applications and services. You will also be exposed to project work within the business and work closely with Solutions Delivery and Infrastructure teammates.

Skills, qualifications and experience
We require a person with a “can do” attitude, who has experience providing IT and desktop support to internal users. This role offers the opportunity to progress within the organisation as you develop your skills through training and learning from colleagues. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their experience and pick up new skills in a busy and motivating environment. Your passion for customer service and helping others will enable you to help deliver on VSO’s People First strategy, which puts people at the centre of everything we do.
