Role overview
- Conduct vulnerability and capacity assessment of identified health institutions to analyze status in the areas of health service delivery, health workforce, health management information system and leadership and governance considering hazards of flood and health emergency like COVID pandemic proliferation.
- To suggest recommendations on strengthening resilience of these health institutions considering various aspects of disaster and climate change
Skills, qualifications and experience
Basic requirement:
- Master’s degree in health or risk management studies.
- At least 10 years of experience in conducting assessment of service providing institutions including health services.
- experience of working with government or international organizations in the relevant field.
