Other Requirements
- Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent, or relevant position
- Computer and internet literate Good at and Proficient in MS Office Package
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Knowledge of social media handling like Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Giving information about the program offered, dealing with visitors including students, parents, and other stakeholders, and enrolling students.
- Take up other duties as assigned
- Keep updated records and files in an organized way
- Handling calls, typing, and recording daily reports Assist in Facebook advertising and online presence
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc
- Prepare class schedule, and courses, and maintain and support class environment
- Representing the company in a professional manner and should be aware of the important meetings and co-coordinating deliveries
