Qualifications:
- Masters degree preferably in Education or English.
- Min. 4 years experience
- Basic ECCE knowledge/training
- Familiar with training and teaching methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership qualities.
Responsibilities:
- Controlling day to day operation of the institute.
- Developing new training programs and its related planning, implementation and supervision.
- Managing Student and parent matters.
- Strategic planning; assessing need and performances.
