Job Description :
With 600+ staffs in our organization, our HR team is always busy and looking for a “Human Resource Intern” who will assist the HR Team with a wide range of HR tasks and projects intended to provide him/her operational HR experience. The intern will also get to experience working with a busy HR team and also an overview in particular HR functions like employee benefits, recruitment and selection, performance management, employee engagement, training and development etc.
• Assist in recruitment initiatives by preparing vacancy announcements, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews and support communication to candidate as required
• Assist in conducting staff engagement and T&D activities
• Assist in induction of new employees
• Update and accurately maintain data of staffs in the HR software
• Provide administrative and general support to the team
Basic Requirement :
. Pursuing or recent graduate in BBA, BBS in Human Resources or related
• Strong interpersonal communication skills in English and Nepali
• Passion to pursue a career in HR
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications
• Positive work and team attitude

2.Position Title: Junior Electrician

Job Description :
• Will be working in electrical department
• Have a little knowledge about electrical equipments and power distribution system (AC or DC) will be a Plus
• Troubleshoot of power related work in CSN/POP
• Must be ready to move in the whole valley and visit all the POP and CSN for Cleaning, Repair and Maintenance.
Basic Requirement :
• Having Diploma or Sub Overseer Certification will be a Plus
• Candidate preferred to have their own two wheeler with valid driving license

Job Description :
• Install and troubleshoot and optical fiber connectivity at customer end
• Provide technical support on client’s end
• Initiate required action for response to customer service requests and communicates the changes to appropriate personnel/branch/ departments
• Prepare customer service summary reports, follow-up and make scheduled visits to customers when necessary
Basic Requirement :
• Intermediate with preferably one year experience in the relevant field. Fresher can also apply
• Must climb utility poles carrying ladder and work with wires
• Knowledge and experience in Internet, Computer operations and hardware/software
• Self-motivated to conquer a task or solve problem even if it requires working beyond office hours and under pressure
• Pleasing personality and good communication skills
• Should be willing to work on morning or evening duty shifts as required.

• Prepare customer service summary reports, follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary
• Appropriate processing of all the service issues and request within the defined time period
Basic Requirement :
• Knowledge and experience in Internet, Computer operations and hardware/software

• Pleasing personality and good communication skills in English and Nepali
• Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
• Possession of vehicle and driving license is must
