Job Description:
- Flow up to items creation on oracle with base of items use and nature
- Shipment verifying requisition verses receiving and entry on software
- Entry on software as per goods mobilization and check out the problem occurred
- Support to logistics staff for daily transaction update on software
- Organizing meeting or training and train, the logistics staff on their task performs
- Leading to logistics, solve their problem and provide them guideline for daily task handle
- Verifying the reports of logistics and Reporting to management
- Stock Management

Qualifications and Specifications:
- Minimum 1 + year experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s level in related field
- Good handling of finance related activities
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications, mobile applications ,Google applications and in house software
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- Overall knowledge of purchase and inventory on oracle software as well as physically
- Ability to influence on subordinate for daily task complete and handle internal Client
- Knowledge about inventory items
