Job Description

• Field visits for internet installation, troubleshooting, shifting, etc.
• Identify and resolve problems at the client’s end.
• Educate customers and provide immediate L2-level field support.
• Perform any other fiber-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Intermediate pass or at least SLC passed
• Must have two wheelers driving license.
• Good communication skills, polite and punctual.
• Ability to work under pressure, shift-wise, and in overtime if required.
