SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Audit financial transactions on daily basis. Check sales invoices and determine cash position for Retail and Enterprise Business.
  • Receive cash/check collections and make timely deposit into Bank.
  • Bookkeeping, Accounting, Compliance work (TDS Reconciliation, ETDS, VAT, sales reconciliation, filling of sales tax return), Cash Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliation, Wallet Reconciliation.
  • Collaborate effectively with Region Sales Team to report Region’s turnover and receivable status to PM and RFO.
  • Issue monthly statement of accounts/invoices and do follow-ups for collections.
  • Communicate with PM with regards to sales analysis, stock positions, sales/customer structure management, as well as pricing maintenance. Suggest ideas for improvements.
  • Submit daily reports of sales, collections, and bank deposits; aging of receivables; and monthly sales analysis.
  • Maintain/update Enterprise Business related data in Oracle system.
  • Engage in local Regional procurement – identification/creation of vendor, obtain quotations, purchase requisition, and purchase order, payment
  • Handle Petty Cash – expenses and reimbursements.
  • Understand and disseminate financial information obtained through MIS to management and explain budget/forecast variances.

Logistics:

  • Supervise overall region logistic operations/team.
  • Verify the reports of logistics and report to management.
  • Ensure the availability of stocks for installation/troubleshoot/upsell/expansion.
  • Ensure timely entry of inventory transfer and consumption.
  • Flow up on items creation in Oracle with base of items use and nature
  • Verify region inventory estimation and shipment requisition.
  • Control inter-region inventory movement.
  • Drive Asset Recovery strategy of Region.
  • Conduct periodic count and physical verification of inventory.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 + years’ experience.
  • Bachelor completed or masters running
  • Good handling of finance-related activities.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, mobile applications, Google applications, and in house software
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
