Position Summary

This role will provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Should be able to serve drinks and also create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.

Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)

Key Responsibility Area (KRA):

• Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and customers
• Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks
• Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Setting up, cleaning, and ability to keep the bar organized.
• Preparing ingredients for the shift; washing vegetables, chopping, seasoning meat, etc.
• Preparing oven, utensils, and grill for shift
• Taking orders from wait staff or computerized system
• Handling multiple food orders at one time and monitor multiple food orders as new orders arrive
• Ensuring each guest order has the correct food and sides
• Delivering food order to wait staff in a timely manner
• Serve alcoholic drinks to multiple customers
• Storing all food properly
• Sanitizing and cleaning work stations and utensils
• Restock and fill bar inventory and supplies
• Monitoring other cooks and team members
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Report: Daily, Weekly and Monthly

Qualification: High school diploma or equipment.

Experience: 2 years of experience in bar area in hotel / restaurants.

Required Competencies:

• Proven working experience as a Bartender
• Knowledge of food and health safety standards.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Computer literacy
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Should be Social, Enthusiastic and Friendly
