Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)
Key Responsibility Area (KRA):
- Visiting retail outlet on every fortnight to service them on better sales.
- Handling the queries of retail outlet and giving them end-to-end solutions.
- Maintaining the progressive track record.
- Planning for the sales of the month to reach the targets and get it done.
- Opening outlets and ensure their proper running and daily operations.
- Staff training and supporting for the sales.
- Implementation of all the promotional activities and schemes from time to time.
- Ensuring the availability of all the brands at the outlet.
- Meeting with all the major parties and discussion regarding schemes and target of company.
- Implementation of marketing material and maximum visibility of all the brands.
- Ensuring the achievement of target given to parties and monitoring the sales of company product and its competitor.
- Building a healthy relationship with all major dealers and owners.
- Submitting report to Manager at the end of day for daily sales.
