Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)

Key Responsibility Area (KRA):

• Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
• Meeting or exceeding Sales Goals.
• Identification of potential new Sales Opportunities
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
• Focuses Sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
• Monitors Competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules and techniques.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to immediate supervisors.
• Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to manage business relationships to ensure future Sales.

• Daily Sales Report, Out Lets Visit Report / Call Reports, Weekly Work Plans, Monthly & Annual Territory Analysis Report.
