Position Summary
Serve as intermediaries between foreign buyers and domestic sellers. Find buyers internationally for domestic product manufacturers.
Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)
1. Key Responsibility Area (KRA):
- Administer export of goods ensuring compliance to organizational policies and procedures.
- Monitoring the financial & currency processes and transactions and manage all communication with export authorities for all required countries.
- Design and implement export strategies, prepare all export documents within required timeframe, schedule shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation method.
- Supervise efficient working of sales staff, evaluate reports, design sales strategies and collaborate with area sales manager to prepare budgets.
- Coordinate with management to ensure activities according to customer specifications & preference, assist to design efficient distributing strategies for customers and ensure compliance to as per the prevailing rules and regulations.
- Monitor all existing and prospective markets, identify appropriate business opportunities, assist in shipment of warehouse products and maintain professional relationships with all agents and clients.
- Prepare effective business plan for all projects to achieve the desired target.
- Monitoring all sales transactions and reviewing all customer response for all orders and payments.
- Manage sales shipments of all export products, collaborate with suppliers to ensure smooth functioning of processes and forecast all requirements.
- Providing training to the staff members and new recruits.
2. Report: Daily, weekly and monthly.
3. Qualification: Bachelors or above in the related field.
4. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the related field.
5. Requirements:
- Well experience and knowledge about the liquor industry.
- Good command in spoken and writing in English.
- Should be able to deal with the overseas buyer.
- Long term work commitment and planning skill.
- Experience in export process/ customs handling.
