Accountant

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
• Proficiency in Tally with good knowledge about Microsoft packages
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Additional certification in CPA or CMA is preferred
• Have good knowledge on IRD, TDS and VAT return
• Excellent Reporting and Analytical Skills

Job Description

• Publish financial statements in time
• Manage all accounting transactions
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
