Role DescriptionWe are seeking a creative and idea-driven Marketing Executive to support the successful launch of a new mobile application and drive user acquisition and engagement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, app growth, and executing innovative campaigns.Key Responsibilities:· Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies for new app launches.· Develop creative campaign ideas to attract and engage new users.· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.· Support initiatives to increase app downloads and active user base.· Manage and optimize digital marketing channels (social media, paid ads, content, influencer collaborations, etc.)· Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and suggest improvements.· Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for campaign execution.· Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.Requirements:Educational Qualification:· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:· Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing or digital marketing.· Prior experience in mobile app promotion or user growth is an added advantage.Knowledge & Skills:· Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, SEO/SEM, paid ads, content marketing).· Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.· Good analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data.· Strong communication and coordination skills.· Basic understanding of user acquisition and growth strategies.Personal Attributes:· Creative, proactive, and trend-aware.· Passionate about marketing and app growth.· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.· Result-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.How to Apply:Interested candidates can apply by sending their updated CV to [email protected] with the subject line “Application for Marketing Assistant”
