The British Council Nepal is recruiting for UK Qualifications Marketing Officer. This is an exciting role for a talented professional with the British Council to lead on Marketing Execution.
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
The Marketing Officer works together with the Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager and Executives to assist to implement and constantly improve online and offline marketing campaign performance, and is located in Kathmandu.
What we are looking for in the applicant:
Essential:
- Relevant external professional organisations e.g. CIM, Melcrum, GCN, CIPR, WOMMA etc. (or equivalent experience in relevant discipline)
- Experience of working with a marketing and communication department
- Demonstrable experience in working with external suppliers
Desirable:
- UK qualifications/certificates
- Work experience in an advertising agency for 1 year or above
- Knowledge of education sector/British Council products and services
- Experience of safe planning, organisation and delivery of activities for children
- Basic online/offline marketing skills (Facebook, Google)
- Computer skills (Office, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Attention to detail
