KIRDARC is implementing the Healthy Transitions for Nepali Youth Project (HTNYP) project in partnership with Save the Children International to improve the Reproductive Maternal Nenonatel Health and well-being of young women (aged 15-24)throughout their transition to marriage and parenthood in Kalikot districts of Nepal. Thus, KIRDARC invites applications from suitable Nepali candidates for the following full time positions:

1. MEAL Officer – 1 (Based in Kalikot)

Key Responsibilities: This position will be responsible to manage the overall functions of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning of HTNYP Project of the organization. S/He will have primary responsibility for monitoring/tracking the project implementation, assess the quality of results, draw learning from the project and providng techinical coordination of project implementation team. H/she will be responsible for ensuring qualitative and process oriented gender-sensitive indicators of inputs, out puts and outcomes. H/she will also support project team providing necessary formats and forms along with quality documentation of the results. The MEAL Officer reports to organizational focal person and manage Complaint Response Mechanism (CRM) system inside organization.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor degree in any discipline with minimum of 3 years of experience working/managing monitoring and evaluation system. Strong analytical skills, ability to multi-task, meet deadlines on short notice, and act as a team player. Excellent computer literacy in word, Excel and power point are required. Sound knowledge on Child Rights Policies. Knowledge and skill on social mobilization and project management Report and skills. Very good skills in proposal and case studies writing with presentation, facilitation and negotiation. Knowledge in documentation and reporting in English and Nepali.
