Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Designer & Video Editor with at least 2 years of experience in a marketing or creative agency environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, visual design, and editing techniques to produce engaging content for digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, and ads• Edit videos for various formats including reels, ads, brand films, and promotional content• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to understand project requirements• Conceptualize and execute visual storytelling aligned with brand guidelines• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines• Optimize video content for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologiesRequired Skills & Qualifications:• 2+ years of experience in motion design and video editing, preferably in a marketing agency• Proficiency in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and color theory• Experience in creating social media content and performance-driven creatives• Basic knowledge of sound design and video formats/codecs• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly• Strong communication and teamwork skills• Preferred Qualifications:• Experience with 3D tools (e.g., Blender or Cinema 4D) is a plus• Knowledge of storytelling for performance marketing campaigns• Familiarity with brand identity systems
