MinErgy is looking for an Energy & Environment Officer based in Kathmandu with frequent field visits.
Major Responsibilities
- Provide technical support in design, development and dissemination of energy & environmental friendly technologies and products
- Support in smooth implementation of project activities
- Support in developing project concept and project proposals
- Assist in research and development activities
- Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders as well as build relationship with new clients
- Network with national and international organizations to promote organizational interest
- Document knowhow and lessons learnt
- Prepare reports, presentations and technical handouts
Professional Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor degree in mechanical, renewable or environmental engineering or equivalent degree
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Candidates with excellent writing skills will be given higher priority.
- Excellent computer skills
- Willingness and ability to learn and take challenges
