Human and National Development Society (HANDS) Nepal is a non-profit organization working in the field of education, livelihood, health at Sindhuli district. It currently seeks following candidate for its on going project “Girls Learn Equally Project” supported by Plan International.
Position: Project Coordinator
Name of Project: Gender Transformative and Inclusive Education ( Girls Learn Equally ) Programme.
Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the relevant field.
Location: Kamalamai Municipality -6, Sindhuli .
Working Area: Kamalamai municipality and Marin Ruler municipality.
Contract period: Minimum 1 year, which will be renewed as per organizations policy.
Basic Salary: Negotiable
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop project management system and ensure cost effective implementation
• Coordinate with government stakeholder and other internal and external resource person
• Field visit
• Conduct regular staff meetings
• Coordinate with education development and coordination unit, municipality/ ruler municipality
• Monitor and evaluate the activities performed by Social mobilizers
• Preparation of progress reports on the basis sequence of events like quarterly and yearly
• Community networking
• Attend meetings, workshop, trainings, exposure visit and interaction programme organised by HANDS
