Job Description
  • Development, modification and input into the project schedules and plans
  • Implementation, coordination and integration of project activities to meet the project schedules and objectives
  • Management and administration of project resources
  • Health and safety management
  • Implementation and maintenance of quality assurance processes
  • Presentation and briefings on all aspects of project in site meetings and client meetings
  • Preparation of project documentation requirements (WIP report, cost control, progress report, contract account, work breakdown structure, qualitative risk management plan etc)
  • Development and implementation of project release plans
  • Communication of important issues and information with the Client
  • Handling and settlement of local and client issues
  • Preparation of running bills and their realization
  • Dealing with approving authorities, external parties, locals and vendors
  • Subcontractor management
  • Coordinating with clients, consultants and their representatives (in case of contracting projects)

Job Specification

Qualification:

  • B.Tech or M.Tech in Civil engineering
  • Previous experience in residential buildings project management

Skills:

  • Strong leadership, management, and accounting skills
  • Excellent analytical and scheduling skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, MS-Project and Auto CAD
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Nepali, English and Hindi
