Role SummaryYou are responsible for handling client , closing deals, and building long-term client relationships. This is a performance-driven role where income is directly tied to results.Key Responsibilities• List the property in assigned area
• Conduct property visits (minimum 3 per day)
• Handle client meetings and visits
• Maintain daily reporting (visits, listings, meetings)
• Coordinate with internal team and other agents
Performance Expectations• 3 property listings per day
• 3 client meeting per week
• Minimum 2 deal closures per month
