JCB in Nepal is recognized and recommended by customers as a step to prosperity.MAW Invites an application for the position of ‘Regional Sales Manager’ for JCB Division for Pokhara Based location and will be looking after Birgunj, Chitwan, Pokhara and Butwal areas.Job Purpose• Lead regional machine sales and drive revenue growth• Strengthen market share within assigned territory• Guide and monitor branch sales teamsKey Responsibilities• Prepare annual & regional sales plans• Allocate and monitor branch-wise targets• Review sales performance and implement corrective actions• Track competitor activities & market intelligence• Drive market share expansion strategies• Build strong relationships with key customers & influencers• Support deal conversion through joint visits• Plan & execute regional sales/BTL activities• Coach and develop branch sales teams• Ensure adherence to credit norms & recovery targets• Coordinate with HO, Service & Parts for business alignment• Ensure timely reporting (daily/weekly/monthly)Competencies• Strategic & analytical thinking• Leadership & people management• Negotiation & communication skills• Business acumen & market insight• Performance & target orientation• Financial discipline & problem-solvingPreferred Profile• 10-12 Years of Experience in heavy equipment/automobile/industrial sales• Proven track record in regional sales leadership• Experience handling multi-branch operationsMAW practices fair recruitment practices and applies non-discrimination policies.
