Job Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for
interpreting the plan of care, assessment of patients, clinical decision-making
regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and
competent manner, providing individualized nursing care and evaluating nursing
care for groups of patients.

Responsibilities
& Duties

  • Fully assess patients including consistent
    monitoring of vitals, pain levels, wound recovery, etc.
  • Advocate for patients to meet needs essential for
    wellness
  • Interpret plan of care
  • Consistently document for hospital standards
    utilizing multiple platforms (EMR)
  • Educate patients, families,
    community in health and wellness


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor of Nursing
    or Nursing qualifications that must equal to a USA Associate’s Degree’
  • 3 + years’
    experience working as a registered nurse in an in-patient setting
  • Currently
    employed as a registered nurse in an in-patient setting
  • NCLEX-RN
    passer
  • Willingness
    to relocate to the USA to work as a registered nurse in a US hospital or
    long-term care facility
