With a focus on innovation, service quality, and customer experience, CG Net aims to bridge the digital divide and set new benchmarks in Nepal’s internet landscape.Qualifications And SkillsBachelor Degree in management or IT from recognized Institution, preferred Master degree completedIn depth knowledge of Internet Service provider (ISP) operations, including standards procedures and reporting is essentialMinimum Three Year experience as regional In-Charge or in Similar position, preferably in the ISP , or Telecommunications Industry.Proven Success in sales management and strong operational skillsKey ResponsibilitiesDrive and lead Regional level ( multiple branches) sales and growth.Monitor regional sales performances and KPIs.Ensure that cluster meets sales target and objectives.Lead, train and motivate regional sales teamMonitor employee performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.Lead regional level marketing strategies.Conduct regional level research on industry trends, competitive product and pricing.Business Vertical for this position is CG NetSelected Candidate will work as Regional In-Charge for CG Net( region Biratnagar to Hetauda)frequent Travel with in the region required
