Job DescriptionOur Client,Shasheela Motors Pvt. Ltd. looking for motivated and result-driven Sales Officers to join our team for our Nepalgunj and Butwal branches. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry and a passion for sales, customer engagement, and market growth.Key Responsibilities• Promote and sell electric vehicles to prospective customers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Provide accurate product information and guidance to customers
• Stay updated on EV market trends, competitors, and industry developments
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain proper documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and after-sales service
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Job SpecificationQualifications & Experience• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the EV Motors (Electric Vehicle) industry
Required Skills & Competencies• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good customer relationship management ability
• Knowledge of electric vehicles and current market trends
• Target-oriented with a result-driven approach
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting tools)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
Additional Requirements• Willingness to work in Nepalgunj or Butwal branch as assigned
• Strong negotiation and sales closing skills
• Positive attitude and proactive mindset
