Achieve assigned sales and distribution targets within modern trade accounts and retail chains.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with key modern trade customers and store management teams.
Ensure proper product listing, shelf visibility, merchandising standards, and stock availability across assigned outlets.
Coordinate and execute in-store promotional campaigns, product displays, sampling activities, and trade marketing initiatives.
Monitor stock movement, replenishment requirements, and sales trends within modern trade outlets.
Ensure timely order collection, payment follow-up, and coordination with distributors and logistics teams.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and shelf presence.
Coordinate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure timely product supply and promotional support.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, outlet performance reports, and market intelligence updates.
Assist in sales forecasting, promotional planning, and implementation of growth initiatives.
Support in negotiating display placements and promotional visibility opportunities within assigned outlets.
Ensure adherence to company policies, operational standards, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
BachelorΓ’β¬β’s degree in management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2β4 years of experience in modern trade sales, FMCG, beverage, or liquor industry preferred.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and account management skills.
Good understanding of modern trade operations and merchandising practices.
Ability to analyze sales performance and market trends.
Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting systems.
Willingness to travel as required for market visits and account management.
