Save the Children invites applications for the following position(s) from interested and eligible candidates (Nepali Citizens only) who are reliable, accountable, with an ability to deliver results with the highest level of integrity and who values diversity.

1. Project Director/Chief of Party
Save the Children International Nepal (SCI) is seeking a Project Director/Chief of Party (COP) for an anticipated USAID-funded Adolescent Reproductive Health/Family Planning (RH/FP) program in Nepal. The COP will oversee project design and implementation and provide technical expertise and quality assurance for project activities. S/he will be SC’s primary point of contact with all relevant stakeholders, including USAID, Ministry of Health, and other international and local partners. The COP will lead a team of experts implementing project activities; prepare reports, annual operating plans, and project deliverables; and ensure the program is compliant with USAID and Save the Children’s regulations. As the project is expected to align with the objectives of the Government of Nepal, the COP will also ensure all activities support in-country priorities, complement existing initiatives, and include plans for sustainability.

2. Monitoring & Evaluation Advisor
Save the Children International Nepal (SCI) is seeking a Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Advisor for an anticipated USAID-funded Adolescent Reproductive Health/Family Planning (RH/FP) program in Nepal.  The M&E Advisor will lead a team of M&E staff; design and oversee the implementation of the project’s M&E tools, systems, strategies; assess implementation progress; capture project learning; and support the other members of the project leadership team to apply data to enhance the impact and reach of activities.

3. Deputy Project Director/Chief of Party – Operations
Save the Children International Nepal (SCI) is seeking a Deputy Chief of Party—Operations (DCOP) for an anticipated USAID-funded Adolescent Reproductive Health/Family Planning (RH/FP) program in Nepal. The DCOP will establish and manage systems to ensure effective, efficient, and compliant program operations across levels and modalities. S/he will ensure strong operational collaboration between consortium members and will develop tools and procedures to guide standard program transfers, logistics, procurement, sub-awards and administration. The DCOP will coordinate closely with finance and program implementation colleagues, including the Project Director/Chief of Party (COP), to ensure a streamlined management approach.

4. Technical Advisor
Save the Children International Nepal (SCI) is seeking a Technical Advisor for an anticipated USAID-funded Adolescent Reproductive Health/Family Planning (RH/FP) project in Nepal. This position will provide technical expertise to design and implement strategies and activities that will increase access to high-quality FP/RH services for women of reproductive age, including adolescents, young mothers, and underserved or marginalized populations. The Technical Advisor will oversee a team of program managers and support staff, and in coordination with the Chief of Party (COP), will collaborate with Ministry of Health counterparts and other local and international implementing partners. As the project is expected to align with the objectives of the Government of Nepal, the Technical Advisor will also provide support to ensure all activities support in-country priorities, complement existing initiatives, and include plans for sustainability.
