Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Software Implementation Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for successful implementation of software solutions such as CRM, HRMS, Payroll, Fixed Assets Management System, and other business software for clients. The position focuses on requirement gathering, client coordination, project execution, training, go-live support, and ensuring smooth project delivery with high client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with clients to understand business processes and implementation requirements.
Manage end-to-end implementation of CRM, HRMS, Payroll, Fixed Assets, and other software solutions.
Conduct client meetings for project kickoff, requirement discussions, progress updates, and deployment planning.
Prepare implementation plans, timelines, and project schedules.
Coordinate with technical and development teams for customization, deployment, and issue resolution.
Collect and organize client data required for implementation and onboarding.
Provide user training sessions, product walkthroughs, and documentation to clients.
Support clients during testing, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation stages.
Monitor project progress and ensure implementations are completed within deadlines.
Maintain implementation reports, client feedback, and project status updates for management.
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and future business opportunities.

Job Specification:

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in software implementation, ERP/CRM/HRMS deployment, project coordination, or related roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Management, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of software implementation processes and client onboarding.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of software workflows and business processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
